A Chicco playpen that can double as a sleeping cot as we rent it along with a breathable mattress (upon request) to make the sleeping experience for your baby more comfortable. There is some discolouration as it was left outside too long in the sun at some point and some slight staining at the bottom of the playpen, but none of it effects its usability and comfort! *Wheels and Mobile not included
Enter your travel destination and rental dates to see available baby gear from local providers. Send a rental request to trusted providers, mostly parents or local shops. Once they accept, they prepare and personally deliver items to your hotel, airport, Airbnb, or chosen address. After your rental period ends, the provider collects the gear. Travel light and stress-free.
Yes, each item is carefully inspected, cleaned, and sanitized by local providers before every rental to ensure your child's safety and comfort. If you receive baby gear that doesn't meet cleanliness standards, contact customer support within 24 hours of receiving the item. The provider will replace it with a similar product.
You are charged once the provider accepts your order. When you place an order, Babonbo places a hold on your credit card to check availability, but payment completes only when the provider confirms. If modifications are requested after acceptance, additional charges or refunds apply once confirmed. This clear process ensures everything is arranged before arrival.
Yes, you can cancel your order. For pending orders, contact customer service (info@babonbo.com) or the provider. If cancelled, the card hold will be released within 7 days. For accepted orders, cancel directly from your order page. If you cancel up to 3 days before the first rental day, the rental amount is refunded (Babonbo service fee and insurance fee are non-refundable). Cancellations within the last 3 days or no-shows are charged in full. The same rules apply to partial cancellations.
Message your provider directly through the Babonbo app or website using in-app messaging. After your booking is accepted, you'll receive the provider's phone number for direct communication. Contact them early to discuss delivery details, gear specifications, or any changes to your order. Clear communication ensures a smooth rental experience.
Contact Babonbo customer support three ways: (1) Email [info@babonbo.com] for responses typically within 24 hours on business days, (2) Use live chat on Babonbo.com—find the chat icon in the lower right corner for real-time help, or (3) Check the FAQ section on our website for quick answers to common questions.
Yes, you can modify your order if the provider confirms availability and changes are requested before delivery. Adjust dates, add or remove items, or change delivery and pickup arrangements by messaging your provider through the Babonbo app or website. Since changes depend on gear and provider availability, contact them as early as possible.
