Mrs. Ursula (Hula Hula Kids) was very kind and helpful. The stroller was clean, in excellent condition, and exactly what we needed. We found it at our hotel as planned and left it there at the end of our stay, which was very convenient. The whole rental process was smooth and well organized. We highly recommend this provider for stroller and baby equipment rentals. The only small drawback is that the delivery and pick-up fees are a bit high.

Tutto perfetto, ottimo.

I would highly recommend Hula hula kids. We got stranded without a stroller after the airline lost it. Hula hula kids delivered the stroller to our hotel in the early morning which meant we did not lose out on our trip in Krakau. The communication went smoothly and the ladies were really flexible in collection after use.

Merci encore

Worked great after our stroller was starting to break. We really appreciated the delivery and pick up since we didn’t have a lot of time in the city.

Our flight got delayed and as a result we had ro stay in Krakow for another 24h to get home. As we were travelling with hand luggage and 3 little kids, we really appreciate quick replies and fast service with delivery to hotel. This stay wasnt scheduled at all so this service was a savior. Without stroller and baby carrier i can not imagine that one day in the city! Thank you once again!

Highly recommend - fantastic service. We were in a tough situation when our airbnb accomodation couldnt provide us with a cot at the last min, found hula hula baby and had one delivered to our airbnb within a couple of hours. Great communication and was really happy with the quality of the travel cot (which came with a lovely mattress and sheet included).
