Our expierence with Babonbo Mama in Brussels was really good. The seat got delivered to our hotel, so that was effortless for us. The return was a bit more complicated, as we had to arrange a time and place for it, because didn't stay at a hotel in Brussels at that time anymore. But she still managed to find a good solution, so it wasn't really a problem either. I'd definitely book again with her. :)
