I rented a carseat for my 6 month old for a recent trip from Spain to London. The communication and service from Daniel at Globetrotter Baby was excellent. He delivered the carseat to my brother's house before I arrived and collected it the day I flew home. The seat was in great condition and very clean. It made my visit to see family easy and possible. I will be sure to use Globetrotter Baby for future visits.

Full disclosure: we never actually used the stroller (pushchair) once during our time in London. That said, the provider delivered it on time and was very communicative about the drop-off and pickup. The stroller liked like it was in excellent condition. Our four-year-old surprised us, though, with his willingness to (mostly) walk all around the city!

Alice M.

Great communication and smooth drop off and pick up - thanks!

Incredible platform! Quick, reliable and friendly. Thanks so much for your efforts and great quality!

Emilio M.

The service worked perfectly for us. I highly recommend this for any family travelling with small kids. Having the stroller being already there at the time of our hotel check-in, and just having to pack it at the end and leaving at hotel was a game changer.

I had an excellent experience renting a stroller from Daniel C. at Globetrotter Baby. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Daniel was very responsive, the delivery was fast and convenient, and the stroller was clean, in great condition, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The entire process was easy and stress-free, which made traveling with kids so much easier. I highly recommend Globetrotter Baby to anyone looking for quality baby gear rentals and exceptional customer service

Servizio impeccabile.

Shannon Y.

I submitted a last minute request and Daniel was able to accommodate right away. He was very communicative and coordinating with him was easy. The product was very clean and easy to use. I would highly recommend renting from here!

We had an excellent experience renting a stroller! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful in every possible way. Even when we accidentally damaged a tire on one of the strollers, he didn’t charge us for the repair—he simply said he would take care of it himself. Such generosity and professionalism are rare to find. We’re truly grateful and will definitely be renting from him again every time we’re in London!

Rohit K.

Easy and exactly how described.

I rented this pushchair and it truly saved our trip. It was spotless, like new, and very comfortable and easy to use. Delivery and pickup were perfectly on time—quick and hassle-free. I would definitely rent again. An excellent service that made everything so much easier during our holiday.

Very happy with Globetrotter Baby! We are a family from Australia and have needed to hire their cots twice for holidays for my little ones. Very easy to communicate with, and very prompt with messages and timings for delivery and pick up. Cots have always been delivered clean, packed nicely and also comes with fresh sheets for your little one if you need. Will be using your services again 😊

We had an excellent experience with Globetrotter baby. Strollers were delivered to our front door (and picked up) as requested. All queries were promptly replied and overall experience was very pleasant. Strollers were in great condition and clean.

What a great experience. We used a car seat for our toddler for a private tour and it was amazing to have it already dropped off at our hotel for us and easy pick up. Worth the extra fee 100%. We will use again when traveling with our children. Communication was easy and always helpful. Highly recommend globetrotter baby.

Amazing service! Highly recommend it! The delivery to the hotel and the pick up services are extremely efficient and for a more than fare price. The stroller was impeccable - extremely clean and in perfect condition. Daniel was very helpful and reachable at any time. Will be using Globetrotter Baby every time we visit London.

Excellent service with great communication and good quality items. Made our stay in London so much easier and pick up and drop off was smooth. Thank!
