Tania and her husband were great! They were responsive to every single message and being our first time renting with Babonbo they made it a seamless process. From the moment we arrived at the airport to returning the car seat every detail was communicated for a quick and effortless return. Most importantly, they were flexible and worked around our schedule and location for return. Car seat was in excellent condition and easy to use. Highly recommend using Tania for any rentals.

Very nice trolley and a good experience. Thank you.

Everything went very well, we received the stroller including a rain cover (which we had to use quite often, unfortunately) on the agreed time in our hotel. We could also extend the rental by a couple of days since we were traveling and didn't find a stroller elsewhere, which was easily done via Babonbo as well. We were very happy with the host!

The provider was outstanding - incredibly friendly, responsive, and made the rental process so simple. While the car seat we received was an older model, it appeared safe and functional. We appreciated the ease of renting.

No concerns with the service but an issue with one of the front wheels made steering the buggy difficult.

Our first experience with this platform and it couldn’t have been better. We found and left the stroller directly at the hotel, everything was super easy. Way better than travelling with our stroller all the way from home. Highly recommend!
