Miguel Elmstedt VeigaCustomer

It was a pleasure booking through Simply Baby Gear Rentals. Carina and Tiago took great care of us from start to finish. From our very first contact to returning the car seat at the airport, everything was absolutely perfect. We couldn't have wished for a smoother or more convenient solution for a car seat during our vacation. Highly recommended!

Alex BernasconiCustomer

Great communication, product, and delivery experience. Saved us in a pinch when our car rental company failed to provide an infant car seat as ordered / promised. Very grateful for this service!

Good experience! Dropped off on time with good communication. Pick up was a little inconvenient as they wanted us to transport the crib to an area down the street from where we were staying but we were willing to be flexible. Thank you!

Johanna TsengCustomer

We rented a baby high chair in Lisbon and it honestly made our trip so much easier. The whole process was super smooth - from booking online to delivery right to our apartment. The chair was spotless, sturdy, and easy to use, which gave me a lot of peace of mind with my baby. It was also really practical for the small Lisbon restaurants and easy to clean after meals. Lisbon, Baby! was friendly, on time, and flexible with delivery and pickup, which made everything stress-free. Having the high chair meant our little one could join us comfortably at mealtimes, both at the apartment and even when we brought it along to meals outside. It felt like such a small detail but really made a huge difference for our routines while traveling. I’d 100% recommend it to any parents visiting Lisbon - it’s one of those things you don’t realize you’ll appreciate so much until you have it.

Esteban OlhagarayCustomer

Great service, responded promptly and was super accommodating and helpful

Diogo CarvalhoCustomer

Easy and super fluid communication. Product was in prestine conditions and was exactly what we needed. Can’t recommend enough 👌🏼

Mike BradfordCustomer

Helene was great, she communicated clearly and was able to accommodate our last minute request. The car seat was in excellent condition and very clean. Our only hang up was that the rental car company staff were not particularly helpful in locating the seat for us when we got to the airport, but that has nothing to do with Helene or Babonbo.

Kelli PackerCustomer

The experience was good and helped me out of a last-minute bind, picking up guests with babies at the airport!

Jacob Lindvig HenriksenCustomer
