This is one of the most critical pieces of information; you should set it carefully!

First, receiving rental orders depends on matching your customer’s needs. When customers search for baby gear, we ask them what dates and times they want to rent and receive it. So, to prevent rejections and receive more rental requests, carefully setting your available and unavailable times is essential.

Provider area → Settings → Schedules

Availability: When you open schedules, you can see time options for each day, representing your available delivery and pickup times. If you want to set your available times for pickup, in which your customer will come to your place, select times under the title “Pickup from home.” If you want to set your availability for delivery service, in which you deliver baby gear to your customer, select times under the title “Delivery service.” You may consider selecting as many available times as possible to receive more orders.

Holiday mode: If you don’t want to provide rental service on specific dates, click the “Availability” button, and select dates that you will not be available.
