11/10! very nice, communicative, friendly, and responds quickly! the stroller was exactly what we had in mind for travelling and was perfect for the streets of Rome. description was accurate and fit my 2 year old perfectly. she was very comfortable and was able to take a long nap when we tilted the seat down. stroller is light enough to carry up and down stairs too (my husband was able to easily through many flights of stairs during the entire Vatican Museum tour). pickup and dropoff was so easy and the entire experience was an absolute BREEZE! I highly highly recommend renting from them as they are wonderful to talk to and make your experience so comfortable and convenient. I’ve already decided if we ever came back to Rome, we will definitely rent from them again!
It was very nice experience!!! We had a good trip with their stroller!!! They answer very quickly my questions, and they also left le stroller at our hotel, so was very easy, we didn’t spend the time for!!! Without it, was so difficult! Thank you very muuuch!!!

The car baby seat we rented was delivered in a great condition, sparkling clean as new. Our experience was overall positive. We had some issues with the Britex seat setup in the car (was not intuitive for us), and Sara was trying to help by sending us instructions and videos. Delivery and Pickup could have been somewhat smoother.

Hanno risposto alla mia richiesta in tempo record (avevo fretta per motivi di forza maggiore), e Sarà è stata disponibilissima nel portarmi direttamente il seggiolino, e nel riprenderlo fuori l'autonoleggio dove dovevo riportare l'auto. Più facile impossibile, ed un gran problema risolto, grazie mille! :) riguardo il seggiolino: fa il suo lavoro, ma non "gira" verso la portiera ed è un po' complicato collocare o togliere il bebè, soprattutto se sta dormendo (e soprattutto se si installa con il cinturone di sicurezza in modo corretto, il cinturone intralcia). Non è stata una sorpresa, lo sapevo al momento di prenotarlo, però magari può essere una info utile per i neo papà.
L'immensa collaborazione e gentilezza mi faranno scegliere loro nuovamente nel mio prossimo viaggio a Roma! Disponibili su tutto, comunicazione facile e veloce oltre che una puntualità perfetta! capaci di venirmi incontro in ogni esigenza! consiglio vivamente di rivolgervi a loro per un viaggio comodo e senza stress! un caro abbraccio!
Rented this running stroller for our 2 weeks in Italy. After reading other traveler comments, we wanted this one specifically for the larger wheels to help with navigating curbs and cobblestones. It worked perfectly for this, as I saw others with smaller wheels having some issues on the streets. Delivery and pickup at the airport was also extremely easy and Romeo&Allegra were excellent communicators. 10/10, would rent again.
Sara and Claudio were great to work with! Responded in less than an hour, drop off and pick up were very easy! And the stroller was as described. Would definitely rent from them again!

The only thing I can say is thank you for saving our holidays in Rome! The airlines have lost our stroller on the way to Rome and thanks to the stroller we rented from Sara (which was delivered in just a few hours from our arrival) we could enjoy our time in Rome with our two year old son to the fullest. At the beginning we thought it would be just for a day or two but we ended up using it the whole time and only returning the stroller directly at the airport on the way back.
It was my first time using Babonbo and it has been very easy! I've been in contact with Sara and it was en easy communication, she even tipped me on how to use the transport in Rome (our first time as well). THe stroller was big and neat and very helpful for our stay in Rome with the kind of floor they have. I definitely recommend it!
Wonderful experience! I booked an airport transfer and rented a rear facing car seat. Romeo&Allegra were quick and communicative, as was our driver Massimo. Highly recommended if you are heading to Rome!
Sono stati molto gentili nel venirci incontro, dal momento che il primo passeggino non funzionava bene. Purtroppo la pedana è stata inutile, il peso del bimbo evidentemente era eccessivo. Seggiolino auto ok.

Truly exceptional service. The fact that they delivered the crib a couple of hours after the request was submitted AND on one of the most important public holidays in Italy to my hotel in Ladispoli is already amazing. The communication was also timely and flawless, delivery and pick- up exactly on time, fluent English, professional attitude. I can only recommend!

We had a fantastic experience renting with Romeo and Allegra and would do it again in a heartbeat! They were able to accommodate our request to pick up and drop off at a different location for a reasonable extra fee, and were extremely responsive and friendly. The stroller we received was in great working condition, lightweight, and perfect for naps on the go.

Great service. Was our first time using this app, travelling to Rome with our 8 month old. Some of our air bnbs did not offer a crib, so wasn’t sure what to do. Found Romeo&Allegra through this app, and arranged for a travel cot to be delivered and picked up to our accommodation in Rome. Great communication beforehand and arranged a specific delivery time, and also a very early collection time due to our morning flight. They even took the time to show me a video of him putting the cot together when he dropped it off. Very accommodating and helpful - would definitely use again. They even hooked us up with an airport transfer contact!

The provider was very helpful. Coincidentally, he was also the host of our Booking acommodation, so he dropped the stroller at our place, which was greatly appreciated. The stroller itself was as described, although it could have been a little cleaner. It was in good (not better) condition and perfectly satisfied our needs on this trip. Communication took place on WhatsApp and was quick and pleasant. Overall, we do recommend this provider :)

C’était parfait ! La poussette répondait largement a nos attentes, d’ailleurs je vous la conseille pour vous balader à Rome (Cybex Balios S). Roméo & Allegra ont été très sympathiques, réactifs, arrangeants, ponctuels et rapides en terme de communication. Je recommande. À bientôt peut être.
Soddisfattissima. Servizio impeccabile preciso e puntuale. Passeggino ultra comodo, in buonissime condizioni, unica pecca forse il parapioggia, un pò rovinato e opacizzato, mia figlia non lo ha voluto usare perché non vedeva nulla, ho risolto con un impermeabile da adulto che la copriva completamente. Le è così piaciuto il passeggino che non è voluta scendere un attimo. Grazie mille ottima esperienza.

Sara is a very helpful host, since the beggining she bring me the stroller to the airport, and there was no problem to pick up late in the night the day we were catching our flight back home. The stroller was exactly what she have in the site, and was a life saver for my trip in Rome. Without it, my child could become stressed and tired and maybe we would not have seen everything we saw.
