Our flight got delayed and as a result we had ro stay in Krakow for another 24h to get home. As we were travelling with hand luggage and 3 little kids, we really appreciate quick replies and fast service with delivery to hotel. This stay wasnt scheduled at all so this service was a savior. Without stroller and baby carrier i can not imagine that one day in the city! Thank you once again!

If you are in a need to of stroller rent it at Hula Hula. It was all really easy. It was waiting for us in the hotel, all ready and in perfect condition. Our toddler loved it, she had some good naps in it even though it was snowing and r ally cold.
Fast,Clean,comfy,friendly. I had a situation that i needed the baby seat ASAP.The host answered me within the hour and within two hours the seat was in my hands.The host was very friendly and helpful.No problems with the adress,no problems with the handout. The same when i gave back the seat. The seat was clean and sturdy,and simple to mount. Would recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much For the service.

Highly recommend - fantastic service. We were in a tough situation when our airbnb accomodation couldnt provide us with a cot at the last min, found hula hula baby and had one delivered to our airbnb within a couple of hours. Great communication and was really happy with the quality of the travel cot (which came with a lovely mattress and sheet included).
