Literally made our trip to London so easy! Babonbo provider was extremely fast in response, accommodated my pick up time by coming straight to me and Javier was so prompt, informative on how to open and close the double stroller. They even provided a rain guard (London weather was unpredictable). With all the walking we did the stroller was a God send for my toddler and child. Great experience!
The nicest people to rent a stroller from. ur stroller broke on the 2nd day of holiday in Rome, and within hours they delivered a solid one to us. In fact, the one one we received was perhaps even better for the Roman roads! They were extremely accommodating with the pickup, constantly available for support and genuinely kind and helpful. After you finish your search, choose the baby gear you need and place your order request; our providers will be notified. Once they accept your order request, you will receive a notification and be charged. If the provider can't meet your needs, we will offer you alternative options. After you enjoy your rental baby gear, our providers will pick up the baby gear from you, or you will return it to them.
Your credit card will be charged once the booking is accepted by the Provider. When you submit your rental order, a hold is placed on your account but automatically released if rejected.
You can cancel your order by contacting our support team anytime. If you want a refund, you must cancel your order at least 72 hours before your booking period starts to get a refund minus service fees. If you cancel your order within the last 72 hours, you will not be eligible for a refund.
