Good experience! Dropped off on time with good communication. Pick up was a little inconvenient as they wanted us to transport the crib to an area down the street from where we were staying but we were willing to be flexible. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful experience renting a stroller from Aga! It was exceptionally clean and in perfect condition, which was so important to me. Aga was absolutely lovely — she answered all my questions about cleaning and non-toxic products and really put my mind at ease. She also went far beyond just renting us a stroller, sharing amazing mom-to-mom tips about the area that made our stay so much easier. I would 100% rent from her again and recommend her to any family traveling with a baby!

Julien D.

Perfect. Communication before our arrival was easy, she was very flexible. The day we had to retrieve the stroller, we had a problem, and someone directly brought it to us for free (next to the airport). Concerning the returning of the stroller, we had 2 solutions that were both convenient, either in a locker at the airport, or directly back to them (which we chose). We wouldn't hesitate to reuse their services if we'd come back around.

Sahil B.

Provider was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to share tips to benefit our holiday beyond the rental of the stroller. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend the provider and personally thanks to Aga for all the suggestions.

Julie M.

Good communication, really Quick delivery, perfect ! I will book again.

Leanne A.

Great experience! Thank you so much.

Reem A.

Aga was really helpful and swift with my very last minute rental of a carseat.

Nicolas S.

This was our first time using Babondo, and it was incredibly convenient. The stroller was delivered directly to our hotel and picked up from there, which made things so easy. Aga was super responsive—the stroller we initially chose was unavailable, but she quickly found a replacement for us that turned out to be really great! Highly recommend.

Miles K.

Aga was incredibly friendly and patient with us. Her gear was in excellent shape and clean, and it made the trip feel just like home.

Hannah S.

Aga’s service was five star from start to finish! She was so quick to respond and the collection and drop off were made really convenient for us. We hired a pushchair and a car seat and they were both in excellent, clean condition. Would definitely recommend!

Shownak S.

Amazing service. Stroller was clean and they made pickup and drop off very easy!

maria B.

We had a great experience with this car seat rental service while on holiday. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. Pick-up and drop-off were easy and convenient, communication was excellent throughout, and they took the time to clearly explain how to install and use the car seat properly. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend them.

Erica F.

Aga was so great making it convenient to rent a stroller on the intimidating hills of Lisbon. Her stroller worked flawlessly on the streets and hills in Chiado, around the aquarium and inside and up and through the metro and bus. I can't believe we were lucky to find something that can become so compact yet seriously handle the cobblestones. I suspect it could have been fine around the alfama district but you would need a taxi there, not likely to fit on the tram with crowds.

Andrea g.

Exceptional and responsive response and communication. We needed car seats in short order and they arranged the delivery promptly and were flexible. The car seats were modern and clean. Highly recommend and would use them again. Thank you!

Niina N.

Aga was kind and helpful and everything worked as expected. We were happy!

Claudine G.

Everything was perfect! We needed it last minute and Ava was super helpful and the communication was super easy!

Tamara J.

I could not say more great things about Aga and the rental experience! She was amazing and the car seat and stroller were in great condition. Aga was super flexible on drop off and pick up since we had some changes in location and flights. Overall the experience was 10/10 and I would rent from her again!

Michelle A.

We were very pleased. Needed a stroller for a day trip and the rental was such a seamless easy process! We appreciated having it for the time we needed it!

Daniele D.

I rented this stroller during our trip to Lisbon and I am extremely satisfied with it. It was clean, in excellent condition, comfortable for both our child and very easy to use. It was lightweight, easy to fold and perfect for getting around the city. Aga was punctual and professional, and the stroller was delivered directly to our hotel without any issues. It was a great solution for traveling without having to bring our own stroller from home. I would definitely recommend it!

Sophia E.

Absolutely fantastic experience, thank you so much!

Pamela G.

Excellent communication. Very easy transaction.

Emily M.

Aga was so lovely and helpful!

We took two car seats for our daughters from Aga. Both were pristine, the communication with her was really easy and she was really friendly and helpful with some advices on things to see in Portugal. Thanks a lot Aga for everything!

Fabulous service would highly recommend. Aga and her husband (& daughter) met us at arrivals in the airport and the transition was seamlessly. Excellent communication through and Aga provides us helpful tips and suggestions for our trip to Cascais/Lisbon. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you Aga.

We rented a stroller + parasoll for five days in Lisbon. The equipment was as described, we got the stroller delivered in lisbon airport and they showed us how it worked (found the stroller model very handy and easy to use) communicated via WhatsApp during our stay and then dropped everything off in a airport locker before our flight back home, very smooth :) would easily use the provider again, very worth the price.

Natalia S.

Aga was very kind, communication with her was very easy. She met us at the airport with the car seat it was exactly as described, clean and in good condition. Made our trip a lot easier not having to bring a car seat! Thank you Aga, we will be booking again next time!

Kelly M.

Aga was amazing. She sent the perfect selection of toys and books for my son. Delivery and pickup were seamless, and everything was very clean and in great condition. My son was sick while we were in Lisbon, and she was so thoughtful and helpful with suggestions for local clinics, etc. I would absolutely book with her again. Highly recommend !!

Kristin M.
