We rented a stroller for our visit to London, and it was such a good experience! Anil was good at getting in contact when we booked as well as the day before arrival - and again when he had delivered the stroller at our hotel. The stroller itself was in perfect condition and was such a blessing for those long London walks! We would absolutely recommend to others!

Patrick S.

Courteous, professional, and polite would highly recommend for any American traveling abroad! Even drove to our car rental spot for pickup and delivery when Enterprise let me down!

Emily P.

Anil was communicative, prompt, and friendly. The stroller was in great condition and Anil had kindly delivered to our hotel before we arrived. Overall a great service we’d be happy to recommend. Thank you Anil :-)

Sandra D.

David C.

I would repeat it a thousand times. Everything was perfect. We could walk for hours through fantastic London.

Everything was so easy! Our rental was waiting at the hotel when we arrived and we were able to leave it there for pickup when we left. Anil was very communicative, sent details and videos on how to operate the stroller and was very friendly. Super easy process without the hassle of lugging extra luggage with a toddler.

Megan P.

Great experience! Very quick communication and easy quick delivery to our flat. Thanks again!

Anil was so easy to work with and provided a great customer experience. He gave us a great price for renting two toddler car seats, his delivery and pickup of the two very clean car seats were both timely and smooth, and his communication was great. Thumbs up for sure!

Amazing Experience with Babonbo Baby Equipment Rental in London, UK! Traveling with a little one can be challenging, but Anil made it an absolute breeze! We rented the Babyzen YoYo Light Stroller and a car seat, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. Anil, the owner, was a star! From the moment we reached out, his friendly and professional approach stood out. Communication was spot on—quick, clear, and super helpful. What truly amazed us was how accommodating and considerate he was, going above and beyond to tailor everything to our needs. It felt like we were talking to someone who genuinely cared about making our trip easier. The quality of the equipment was top-notch, and knowing we had reliable gear made our London adventure so much more enjoyable. If you’re traveling with kids and need baby equipment, don’t think twice—Contact Anil and he is hands down the best! Highly, highly recommended. Thank you, Anil, for your exceptional service!

Carlos G.

Anil was super helpful and dedicated when arranging with us. He also delivered and picked up the light stroller free of charge. I strongly recommend Babonbo if you are travelling with kids, they will make your experience way more comfortable and easier.

Elliot C.

They were super helpful and had such efficient communication. After the first attempt at delivery was unsuccessful due to our accommodation's concierge not being there, they were kind enough to retry an hour later once we had arrived. Highly reccommend.

Rosa D.

Everything was great! Thank you very much!

Carl D.

Anil provided such a great experience, meeting us at our hotel with the stroller as soon as we arrived. When we were leaving, to make things easier for us, he suggested we leave the stroller with hotel reception and he would collect it later. The stroller itself was perfect and really easy to use. I would highly recommend Anil and definitely use the service again. Thanks!

Heli B.

Anil was awesome with communication and the pram was in great condition. The rain cover was great as we experienced some rain when in the UK. Would highlighly recommend renting from them and Babonbo was a great service when travelling with a little one.

Nichole M.

Anıl was wonderful to work with. He dropped the crib off when we requested and picked it up the day we departed. The crib was perfect. It was easy to assemble and move around and suited our needs perfectly. Our son was comfortable and that was so important so he could be well rested. Would definitely recommend!

Daniel J.

Fantastic!!!! It took 5 minutes from order to answer, and within the first hour after the order was put we got the stroller. Amazing customer-service🙌🏽 I’ll be calling them next time Im in London with family again!

Amazing service and communication with the team! It was SO helpful being able to rent this yoyo and use it on holiday! Total life saver! Really appreciated the option for Home delivery and collection too! Thanks a million!

Josephine .

Anil was so accommodating and responsive especially as we booked the rentals on two days notice! Strollers were lightweight, compact and easy to use as we made our way through the city, in and out of trains and tubes. Thank you so much!

Ceylan Y.

The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Our request was quickly accepted, and the provider contacted us a day before our arrival to arrange the delivery. Anil arrived on time and carried the equipment to the room and set it all up. The crib and mattress were in great condition like new, and clean linen was provided. The high chair was also in good condition. I would highly recommend this service, it made traveling with a toddler much easier.

Kristina G.

We put in a late request and got excellent service, super friendly and fast delivery. Very satisfied with our experience!

Kara W.

We had a great experience with Anil! It was really easy to organize delivery & pickup, and he was both flexible to meet what we needed and on time. He also provided us with an extra raincover for our other stroller, which was really helpful in the rainy London weather. The stroller and rain covers were clean and in great condition. I'd absolutely rent from them again! Thanks Anil!

Muhammad S.

Amazing experience - highly recommended! I will definitely be contacting them again

Bernice N.

I was really happy with the service. The crib itself was perfect. Size was great for my son who moves around a lot. The drop off and pick up time was impeccable. We were flying in and out of London and needed the delivery to be on time so we can make our naps and make our departure times. No fault whatsoever.

Jordan M.

Very convenient, easy and quick communication. Seat was clean and in excellent condition. Extremely pleased with service!

Lauren S.

Excellent service and flexible to last minute changes, which was so appreciated! Would definitely use them again! Thanks!

cecile d.

Merci !
