Everything was excellente.

Mateu and his team were punctual and highly professional. The stroller we rented was delivered right on time, and the service was both friendly and efficient. They provided all the details we needed and were incredibly accommodating with our scheduling requests. Highly recommended ! :-)

Daryl H.

From communication, delivery and collection, everything was top notch and would definitely use again if returning with a little one

Amazing communication, everything was great. The stroller was a little bit used and has a broken section but the employee showed me before handing it over. Overall it worked great and we were able to visit tourist spots all over Barcelona with a toddler easily.

Todo estuvo genial. ¡Los recomiendo encarecidamente!

I was not happy with the cleanliness of the product, it has not been sanitized between uses. It is the second time I m using this service (different cities), the same issue.

Marta P.

Great experience overall, very easy, delivered and picked up from where I needed it. A bit pricey in the end but very convenient when traveling with kids, I'd use the service again.

Beatrice T.

Thank you for precious help and rapidity. Communication was smooth and efficient. The airline lost our pushchair and car seat I placed the order on the same day of delivery. You were so fast. It was amazing. Thank you again.

Cristian L.

Everything went smooth, perfect communication, the gear was in good condition, perfect!

We really love this auction for us as we were traveling International. It sure made our time in Barcelona and the Catalonia region much more comfortable. Thank you so much!

Ingi H.

Great service. Great selection. Good communication with owner. Pick up and return on doorstep. All in all a really enjoyable rental.

Josefina d.

Excelente servicio. Muy amables y puntuales. La silla estaba en perfectas condiciones y todo el proceso fue muy fácil. Sin duda los recomendaría. 🤍🤍🤍

Daryl T.

Great service, easy to use. Babay car seat was as described. Clean and safe. We used the Drop-off and Pick-up service which was really practical and easy. Good communication all around. Would use this service again.

Naledi L.

We’ve had an absolutely great experience with Babonbo in Barcelona. From arranging the delivery and the pick up of the product, and the product itself. All according to what was described. Would absolutely recommend it.

Mateu and the hole team of ecoDeliver are realy amazing! Thanks to them we realy enjoy our visit in Barça! Thei are super accomodating. We highly reccomend this rental service.

Molto soddisfatto.

Blake A.

Amazing service and communication!

Found this service via a Google search. Pushchair was delivered to us the next day and they were happy to leave with and collect from Hotel reception so we were not hanging about. Good quality equipment in clean condition. Made life much easier for our toddler to be pushed about in the hot weather.

Laila R.

Accommodated a last minute request. Good enough for holiday rental. Appreciate that this is an option. Thanks!

Emilio T.

All well, only the cleanliness.

Matteo C.

Everything was perfect. the stroller, the pick up and drop off store.

Veronika V.

everything perfect, we had a little issue with the pick up - due to the traffic in the city, but everything went well.

Marian P.

We did a last-minute booking and the company was so accommodating. We had a different drop off and pick up spot and they were so flexible on the time. 10/10!!! Such a great service

Bartosz P.

Great contact, very helpful. Amazing service

MARIA P.

excellent!Congratulations!

TEIMURAZ T.

Overall it was good. The stroller was dirty. It definitelly was NOT cleaned at all. The rest is acceptable.

Jefims .

Wonderful experience, the stroller was as we expected.

Joao C.

It was very handy :) everything was smooth and practical!

Baptiste G.

Service simple et efficace. Equipe très agréable

Syed A.

I picked up the stroller by myself and everything went smooth. I was delighted that they agreed for pick up and drop off before their official time of pickup and drop off, which was very helpful for me. Overall I had a very good experience. Our airline lost our stroller and this renting was just the right thing we needed!

Nanna H.

We were really glad for the possibility to rent a stroller but communication about pick up and delivery could be better cause the write on the same day as pick up which make it hard to plan

JULIA C.

It was super nice experience! Easy to book, perfect delivery and puck up! Could not ask for more! Thank you!

Servizio ottimo

Sally R.

First time using babonbo as we previously hired car seats from the car rental companies but the quality was bad. This car seat was exactly what we expected, clean and did the job for a weeks holiday. They used a third party courier who were also good, great communication. Overall a good experience , would definitely use again

Carolina V.

Babonbo provided an excellent service. Very communicative from the beginning and made things smooth in terms of cot and bath arriving for bed time, then picked up before our morning flight. Highly recommend their services! The condition of the products was very good.

Lucille P.

La poussette est conservée dans un garde meuble, il faut donc organiser un rdv pour la récupérer. Les personnes étaient disponibles et arrangeantes, le lieu de rdv à proximité d un arrêt de métro. Poussette nickel en parfait état
