I had a wonderful experience renting this stroller. We traveled to Copenhagen from the US for 10 days and didn't want to bring a stroller with us. The stroller was perfect for walking around Copenhagen, we used it every day during our vacation and it made things so much easier! I almost didn't rent one thinking my kids would be ok without, but we walked so much that it would've been very difficult to visit all the sites in the city with young children without a stroller. The rental process was so easy, I highly recommend!

Awesome experience from start to finish. Charlotte was very responsive and accommodating. Very punctual in pick up and drop off timing. The pack and play and mattress we rented were as good as new! It was the first time using this service but would do again and would definitely recommend Charlotte!
Life saver! My 4 year old normally doesn't need a stroller but when exploring the city she gets tired. This let her and my husband's shoulders get a well needed rest. Charlotte was quick to respond and the city jogger was like new! She even delivered it early to our hotel. Don't know what we would have done without her help this weekend. Highly recommend!

Charlotte was so helpful from beginning to end, we stayed in Copenhagen 5 days, I rented out one of her stroller, a transat and a travel bed for our babygirl. Communication was easy, Charlotte was very responsive and accomodating. I recommend 100%! :)
La communication a été facile, la dépose et la remise également. La poussette était propre, globalement fonctionnelle et pratique pour visiter la ville. Seulement, il n'était pas possible d'allonger le siège, le mécanisme était cassé, c'est dommage.

Superkind, let me know when the stroller was left in the hotel for us. The stroller and the raincoat were clean, in perfect condition. My son really enjoyed using it. I recommend the provider 100%, and next time we visit Copenhagen, we will rent once more from her for sure.

Danish Mamma has been absolutely brilliant with communication. From ordering a cot for my baby, she was super responsive and happy to supply any extras we required. Upon arrival in Copenhagen, the delivery was on time and thoroughly explained. Pick upon leaving the apartment was very seamless too! Highly recommend! First time using a rental service and Danish Mamma went beyond our expectations. She managed to set up our baby bed & stroller in our hotel room before we arrived. After a long trip with. 4 month old it was amazing! It was first class with her. Plus she had very beautiful baby sheets to go with the bed and everything was clean. Clear, consistent and clear communication with her.
