Francesca saved our trip! It was proving impossible to get a car seat from the car rental. We picked the car seat up at Francesca's place and left it at Napoli airport, it was as easy as it can be. She was super responsive and very kind.

I will be eternally grateful to Francesca - I arrived in Naples on a family vacation with my 6 month old, only to find out our B&B did not have a crib available despite what we had been told. I had no idea what to do and quickly found Babonbo online. Francesca messaged me on whatsapp immediately and when I explained the situation, she had the travel crib to me by that afternoon. We were easily able to chat during the week and arrange for a pick up. I am so thankful that she helped me have a safe place for my baby to sleep during a very hectic and busy trip!

Francesca sin dal primo istante ha saputo togliermi ogni paura sul sito babonbo che non avevo mai usato. È stato facile fidarsi di lei x la sua precisione e concretezza. Mi ha aiutata sia nella parte tecnica di acquisti che nella scelta del modello giusto e sicuro per il mio bambino. Avevo molta fretta ed una partenza last second e mi sono sentita in squadra. Se dovesse occorrermi di nuovo qualcosa sceglierei lei ad occhi chiusi.
