The seat we got was in a good shape and served us very well for our one day-trip! Valeria was very kind and although I only booked the seat the evening before our trip, it was no problem to receive it the next morning! I find the extra cost of 11€ for last-minute-booking pretty expensive, but that is the platform-policy and was no decision made by the seat owner :) In general I find the platform and service very useful and a good idea!
