Babiesonboard were amazing at helping me get a stroller delivered to me in Seoul within a couple of when we suddenly needed one. Their communication was fantastic, unfortunately the wheel fell off the stroller at the end of the day and was no longer usable but this was also handled well.
I needed a last minute stroller and Sara was very helpful finding one and organising delivery. I highly recommend her.
The drop off and pick up from the hotel was seamless. The provider initiated the communication and it was easy through whatsApp. My only issue is that the stroller was dirty - crumbs in the seat, milk spots and general dirtiness especially across the handle bar. Fortunately since I own a Stokke I knew it was easy to wipe clean, but it would have been nice to not have to do that.
Easy communication and great delivery and pick up! The portable crib was clean and in great condition and very helpful for our son during our travel.

I must say it was my first experience with Babonbo and it can not be more perfect. Babiesonboard saved me on the last minute call as the car from rental company has been delivered with completely useless baby seat. So I was searching on internet for some alternative and find this very kind and helpful person who was able to rent me the seat on the next morning, was replying to my messages immediatelly despite late hours and was very helpfull in every step of the process. It has been such relieve from the stress that I will not be able to provide reasonable safety to my little one. It really made my trip to Korea and I can not be more gratefull. I highly recommend this provider.
