Valentina was absolutely brilliant. From the moment I messaged regarding the car seat she was brilliant. She went out of her way to deliver it ASAP and our trip was so much more enjoyable. She went out of her way to see if there was anything extra we needed to make our trip more comfortable. The car seat was really clean and she was good enough to meet me at the airport to drop back off so our little one could have a safe journey back to the airport. If I was ever in the area I would 100% be using Valentina and Babonbo again. Thanks again Valentina
The communication and delivery was great. Would recommend! Cot probably better used with a mattress but was fine for a few days for my 2 year old.

Valentina was wonderful to rent from! Everything was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived and she met us at our car rental drop off to pick up the items when we were done with them. Throughout our stay in Bologna, she was very helpful with advice on various issues we encountered, particularly regarding our needs for our baby. I’d definitely rent from her again!
