The baby seat was in great condition and the owner was very punctual at bringing and getting back the seat! She was very friendly and the communication was great! Thanks a lot!
She was very timely and accommodating. She delivered the stroller to our hotel and let us keep it few hours extra until our flight left the following day. I highly recommend, especially if you have more than one kid that does not want to walk the entire time you're visiting Copenhagen.
Personne très réactive et arrangeante. Cependant, la poussette fournie ne ressemblait pas du tout à la photo. C’est une version beaucoup plus ancienne. Néanmoins en bon état et pratique sur les pavés de Copenhague.
Perfect ! Ilona is super kind, and the stroller was practical and easy to use.
Unfortunately, nothing good to report here. Both strollers are old and in a very bad shape. One of them was literally falling apart and the other was almost impossible to maneuver. It is my opinion that neither stroller is in an operational condition or safe to be rented out and as such should be trashed.

Ilona was very kind and welcomed with a nice smile! She delivered and picked up the stroller from my location right away. The stroller was ok, it seemed overused and the suncover was a bit damaged. I ordered specifically the Cybex platinum in the photo, but I got another model - it was probably a miscommunication. However, I enjoyed the walk around the city and I did not have any difficulties or issues. I totally recommend Ilona for her kindness and willingness to assist mamas in need! Thank you 😃
