We rented a car seat with them in Zurich and everything went smoothly. The car seat was in very good condition and it made our trip much easier. We only see room for improvement in the communication, as the full address is not posted on the platform for the pickup and we didn't manage to communicate with the provider until the day before the trip. In any case, we recommend renting with them if you're travelling to Zurich!
Thank you for the stroller rental; it helped us a lot during our vacation. The airline lost our double stroller, and with 4-year-old twins, it's difficult for her to visit for long periods without getting tired during the day. It was my first time on this site. Thank you so much Almeida for saving our holiday in Zurich! We were having a 3-day trip in Switzerland but the airline delayed our stroller. Luckily we were able to find Almeida on Babonbo and she delivered the stroller to our hotel in less than half a hour with very short notice! The stroller was in very good condition, clean and firm, and the Almeida kindly provided the blanket (although my son was not in favour of it).

We were visiting family in Bern, coming from the U.S.. We had a great experience renting with Almeida Rentals. She was flexible when we needed the car seat for an extra day and very good at communicating. We would definitely use her services again when traveling.

I would highly recommend Almeida for baby gear rental. Almeida met me at Zurich airport to deliver the car seat. She even factored in my delayed flight. It made things less stressful. Ana’s baby car seat was very clean, in perfect condition, fully functional and very easy to use. It was great value for money. Ana was very responsive and very easy to get in contact with. She was also very friendly and flexible, so it was overall a great experience, to the point that we got back to her both times when we needed the baby seat. Highly recommended.
