Anil provided such a great experience, meeting us at our hotel with the stroller as soon as we arrived. When we were leaving, to make things easier for us, he suggested we leave the stroller with hotel reception and he would collect it later. The stroller itself was perfect and really easy to use. Anil was awesome with communication and the pram was in great condition. The rain cover was great as we experienced some rain when in the UK. Would highlighly recommend renting from them and Babonbo was a great service when travelling with a little one.
Anıl was wonderful to work with. He dropped the crib off when we requested and picked it up the day we departed. The crib was perfect. It was easy to assemble and move around and suited our needs perfectly. Our son was comfortable and that was so important so he could be well rested. Would definitely recommend!

The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Our request was quickly accepted, and the provider contacted us a day before our arrival to arrange the delivery. Anil arrived on time and carried the equipment to the room and set it all up. The crib and mattress were in great condition like new, and clean linen was provided. The high chair was also in good condition. I would highly recommend this service, it made traveling with a toddler much easier.

I was really happy with the service. The crib itself was perfect. Size was great for my son who moves around a lot. The drop off and pick up time was impeccable. We were flying in and out of London and needed the delivery to be on time so we can make our naps and make our departure times. No fault whatsoever.

Anil a été parfait, super échange et très arrangeant, la poussette nous attendait à l'hôtel, elle fonctionnait très bien, petite et très fluide pour circuler en ville partout, la yoyo se remplit extrêmement vite pour le métro par exemple et prends autant de place qu'un simple sac. Je ne regrette vraiment pas la location, la poussette à fait 46km en 4 jours, nous n'aurions pas pu en faire autant sans elle avec notre fille de 3 ans. Merci !

It was the perfect pushchair for your trip to London. Foldable and light! They also provided a rain cover, so it was perfect for that 5 min rain, typical from London weather. Our daughter loved it!

We went to London for a long weekend and forgot our buggy, so I rented one from Babonbo as we landed. Anil was swift in getting the buggy ready within hours of my booking and was very responsive and flexible on pick up. The buggy was in great condition and even had a rain cover, which luckily we didn't have to use even though we were in London in May. Everything went very smoothly, and it really made our stay that much more enjoyable. We are even considering doing this again instead of brining our buggy with us!

I had a great experience renting a baby crib. It was very easy to communicate with the owner in order to arrange delivery and pick up. The owner was always on time. The crib was in impeccable condition, completely clean - it was like unused/new. The owner assembled the crib and explained us how it works. This saved is much time and effort and was very much appreciated, especially as we had just arrived in London with a tired toddler and baby after a long journey. A great experience I totally recommend the provider. Renting from them made our trip to London with the kids much easier!
