Great communication! The stroller was at the reception of my hotel upon arrival!
Would 100% recommend this provider! We booked a travel cot last minute through Little Stefan and our booking was accepted very quickly. The provider was also extremely accommodating to meet our drop-off and pick-up times and went the extra mile to bring a toy for our baby. The travel cot and bedding was clean and well maintained. Overall, a great experience!

Little Stefan has been punctual and reliable. The stroller was very clean and perfect for my 5-year-old daughter. Thanks to the stroller, we could walk a lot and my daughter had relaxing breaks on it!

Communication was good and pick up and delivery were ok too but without instructions it was impossible to determine how to assemble the bassinet, which was the reason we chose this item. I’m not sure it was included or we couldn’t figure it out. Grateful for the good service as we needed something last minute, but this was a little disappointing. We didn’t need to use this in the end so it was a moot point thankfully!

The communication with Viorelia was great, both previously to the rent as well as for delivery & pick up. The stroller looks exactly as the picture and our 5 month old baby was very confortable on it during our stay in London. I will recommend it and use it again in another visit

We had a great experience! She was on time dropping the equipment off, and the equipment (travel crib, bath, and bouncer chair) were clean and worked perfectly! She also threw in a few books, which my baby loved! I highly recommend booking with her for your baby rental needs!

Very prompt and helpful, even with an adjusted pickup time. Experienced some technical issues through the Babonbo chat platform that made finding her at delivery difficult, but that wasn't her fault.

The total experience was flawless! The cot was in an excellent condition, super clean, with bed linen and a cute little elephant that came along (nice touch 🙂). The communication was immediate at all stages and Stefan’s mom was super willing to find solutions each step of the way. Highly recommend and if ever back in London with a small one would definitely look her up
Babonbo by Little Stefan was amazing! I had a last minute need for a pram while on vacation in London and she met me in the city the next morning. The pram was clean and well maintained, it was everything we needed. The pickup from our hotel was also smooth and she worked with us to pick it up the night before our flight. Thank you so much!

We were so happy renting the cot and the booster chair. It worked great for our stay. Communication was prompt and easy to coordinate delivery and pick up. The extra mattress for the pack and play was fantastic and included clean sheets and some toys. We will definitely be renting from Little Stefan the next time we come through London.

Our stroller was dropped to our hotel in advance of our checkin time which meant it was there and ready to go as soon as we arrived. Stroller was in impeccable condition and great for use in London. What a lifesaver for our trip! Traveling with our own car seats is SUCH a hassle, this made the one driving day of our trip possible. The seats were at the hotel when we arrived, clean, and exactly what we needed. I was pleasantly surprised with a bag for them too. Definitely recommend!
